All recovered files are copied to DVD on completion. On receipt of your media the recovery attempt will be set in motion.  All files will be copied to a safe medium. We will then E-mail the client with a complete list of all the files we have managed to recover. Once you are satisfied with the results,  payment can be made and the data released on DVD.
